Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast, 500g, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cornflour, 100g
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 pineapple, cut into chunks

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 150ml water
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour, mixed with 2 tablespoons water

  1. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Dip each piece into the beaten egg, then coat with cornflour.
